About the RoleAs an Occupational Therapist within our Equipment and Adaptations team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred interventions. Using a strengths-based approach, you will carry out specialist assessments, apply clinical reasoning, and identify tailored solutions to support independence, safety, and wellbeing. You will work creatively with a range of equipment, enablement techniques, and housing adaptations—from minor adjustments to major works—making best use of resources such as Disabled Facilities Grants.
