Responsibilities : Meeting productivity standards set by the department for direct patient contact and other related non-patient contact duties Performing an appropriate assessment on all in and/or outpatients following referral; use objective clinical measures to identify problems and formulate treatment plans based on realistic stated goals; carry out specific therapeutic interventions as indicated ensuring that a client centered approach is employed throughout this process Supervising and delegating specific written treatment plans to aides, assistants, and/or students Observing and evaluating treatment effect; communicating patient progress or lack of to appropriate staff and physicians Maintaining patient documentation using the appropriate paper work, ensuring documentation meets current standards and policies; prepares specific clinical reports as requested Keeping ...
