Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care (Complex OT)

Our client is looking to recruit experienced Occupational Therapists to join their Adult Social Care Complex Occupational Therapy Service.This is a pivotal role where you will manage a complex caseload of adults with multiple pathologies, including psychological, neurological, emotional, behavioural, and age-related conditions. You will also provide direct line supervision to a diverse team of qualified and unqualified staff, including Independent Living Assessors, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Sensory Officers, and Advanced Practitioner Independent Living Assessors. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, while ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks such as the Care Act 2014, Disability Discrimination Act 1995, and other relevant legislation.
