NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant Southwark January Start

Ribbons and Reeves are working alongside a high-achieving Primary School in Southwark that is looking to appoint a NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis , starting immediately.

NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant Salary and Contract:
£ £530 £580 per week , inclusive of holiday pay, on a long-term basis
Contract term: January 2026 July 2026
Opportunity to become a permanent member of staff or progress within education and SEN support
NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Working 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils across EYFS and KS1
Supporting children with SEND , including speech & language and social-emotional needs
Assisting the class teacher and SENDCo to promote inclusive learning
Supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework , phonics and early numeracy
Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment that builds confidence and independence
NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant What the School Offers:

Patient, proactive and confident when working with young learners
Enthusiastic about education and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential
