Nursing Home Manager Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent care and service. * Lead and inspire care teams, promoting high standards. * Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain CQC excellence. * Build strong relationships with residents’ families and stakeholders.
