Key duties and responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care. Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support. Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
