You will be working in a great nursinghome in a great location, which is run by an award-winning national Care organisation, they are known foroffering exceptional care to residents, our professional standards are high.

We provide nursing dementia care for up to 30residents, in homely, en suite accommodation.Our calm and welcoming space is designed forpeople living with dementia.

You must have a passion for dementia care and nursing.

This is the perfect role for an ambitious Nurse or Deputy Manager (holding a valid PIN).You must have experience in general, dementia and mental health nursing care, you will be required to work in all three areas of the home, supporting the nursing and care team.

Experienced in managing a Team of staff.

Full internal training/development programme offered to Home Manager.

You must be a nurse with an active UK NMC Pin Number.

Responsibilities Manage and develop care staff to formulate effective care planning specific to problems of all residents, specifically to the problems of older confused residents.

Ensure residents are enabled and empowered to participate fully in decision making as appropriate.

Be constantly observing resident behaviours and staff interactions in order to ensure good care practice is maintained. xbpsjku

Assist in developing and encouraging social activities for the residents.
