The Baby Room is carefully designed to support the early development of children under two years old, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged as they begin their learning journey. Leading and supporting the Baby Room team to maintain high standards of care and education Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies Monitoring children’s development and maintaining accurate observations and assessments Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above Experience working within a Baby Room or early years setting Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role is desirable A warm, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to early years education If you are a qualified Room Leader with a passion for working with babies and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in the City of London, we would love to hear from you.
