Nursery Teacher – Southwark – Primary School – January Start – £200–£250 Per Day – Full-Time\n\n * Nursery Teacher required in Southwark\n\n * Nursery Teacher required in a Nursery class within a primary school\n\n * Nursery Teacher required from January\n\n * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required\n\nAre you a Nursery Teacher looking for a new role in January?\nDo you have experience teaching in Early Years, specifically Nursery?\nAre you able to commute easily to Southwark?\n\nIf so, this Nursery Teacher role could be the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nThe Role – Nursery Teacher\n\nAs a Nursery Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a Nursery class, delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children’s early development across communication and language, early literacy, numeracy, and personal, social and emotional development. The role involves assessing pupil progress, completing observations and learning journals, working closely with Teaching Assistants, and building positive relationships with parents and carers.
You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn. The ideal Nursery Teacher will be enthusiastic, caring, creative, and passionate about giving children the best possible start to their education.\n\nThe School – Nursery Teacher\n\nThis welcoming and supportive primary school places children’s happiness, development, and well-being at the centre of everything they do.
