Were looking for a dedicated Room Manager to join our team in our home from home nursery.

- A qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

- Strong experience within Early Years, with the confidence to step into a Room Management role

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
• To safely open and close the nursery building, on a shift pattern.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage daily activities and routines while ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote a collaborative atmosphere.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting learning strategies as necessary.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early years education.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the nursery.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
• Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children and parents.
• A genuine passion for childcare and early years education, with the drive to inspire young learners.
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early years education. xcunqrw
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative.
