In central Crawley, part of a growing provider, this lovely nursery are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team as Third in Charge, supporting the room and working alongside the management team. Working a 40 hr week, salary is c£33k depending on experience.

What are Clients are looking for

​Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

* Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

* Minimum 2 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting.

* Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

* Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting

* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements

* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate

* Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting

* Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room

* Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards

* Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
