We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Room Leader to join this warm and nurturing early years setting.

The Role As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting childrens development, building strong relationships with families, and leading high-quality practice within the room. You will be a designated key person and will contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for all children. This is a full-time position, working between 7:30am and 6pm on a rota basis. Due to the rural location, own transport is preferred.
