This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Nursery in Stafford, where children can explore and learn in a fun, loving and nurturing environment. As a Room Leader you will lead the team and be responsible for maintaining a high quality of childcare. Some of your responsibilities will include: Lead and inspire your team to deliver safe, enriching and age-appropriate learning experiences and ensuring all Key Person's tasks are completed Responsible for the health and safely of all children in your care, including allergies and risk assessments Responsibility for the team's performance Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy and stimulating environment and capturing children's learning moments and recording them Managing all aspects of the baby room Working in partnership with parents and carer Responsible for the childrens individual routines such as meals, nappies, sleep and outings Experience of being a key person including writing assessments and observations Following and implementing all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery. You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
