Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Location: Colchester Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Contract | Full-Time (5 days per week) Pay: From £13.69 per hour (dependent on role and experience)

TeacherActive are working with a range of high-quality nurseries across Colchester and are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join settings on a full-time, permanent basis, working five days per week.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

Have previous experience within an Early Years or nursery setting

Show a strong commitment to children’s learning and development

Be caring, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Be able to travel independently to nursery settings within Colchester
