Day-to-day of the role: Support the delivery of creative and educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Assist in the daily care routines of the children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Engage with children in various play and learning activities that promote their social, emotional, and intellectual development. Monitor and record the progress of children, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Maintain a clean and organised setting that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate with other nursery staff to plan and coordinate activities that stimulate learning and development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent. Experience working in a nursery setting with children aged 0-5 years. Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
