Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Harlow

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) looking for your next opportunity in Harlow? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting located close to the town centre.

This role is ideal for a committed Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) who thrives in a nurturing environment and is eager to support children in their early development. The setting is easily accessible via public transport, and for those who drive, there is a convenient staff car park available.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:30am – 6:00pm (shift patterns within these hours)

Salary: From £14.25 per hour (minimum)

Role & Responsibilities As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times Observe, assess, and record children’s progress Promote positive behaviour and inclusivity within the setting Follow safeguarding policies and procedures Requirements & Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting Possess a good understanding of the EYFS framework Have excellent communication and teamwork skills Be passionate about supporting children’s development and wellbeing Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check About the Recruitment Process At TeacherActive, we pride ourselves on supporting you every step of the way.
