What We’re Looking For:

✅ Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years or Childcare, with hands-on experience supporting children’s development in a nursery or early years setting
✅ Confident in providing focused support, whether working one-to-one or with small groups, to help children of varying abilities learn, explore, and grow
✅ Warm, patient, and child-centred approach, promoting positive behaviour, curiosity, and a nurturing early learning environment
✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, developmental milestones, and effective strategies for supporting individual learning needs
