Level 3 Nursery Nurse
Our Mission
At Odin Childcare & Education Recruitment, we believe that every child deserves a joyful, safe, and inspiring start to life. Our mission is to provide candidates who nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child, helping them grow into happy, resilient learners. We live by our values of kindness, respect, and play with purpose.
The Impact You'll Make
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you’ll be more than an educator—you’ll be a guide, a role model, and a source of comfort and encouragement. You’ll help shape the early experiences that form the foundation for a child’s lifelong learning journey. From sparking a love of reading to supporting first friendships, your work will have a lasting impact on both children and their families.
What You'll Do
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the EYFS framework.
* Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and safe.
* Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing insights with parents and carers.
* Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development through positive role modelling.
* Work collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards of care, safety, and hygiene.
* Contribute creative ideas for seasonal events, themed weeks, and learning projects.
What You'll Bring
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.
* Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
* Creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs.
* A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Why You'll Love It Here
* Competitive salary with opportunities for progression into senior roles.
* Upto 50% childcare discount for staff.
* Paid training days and an annual professional development budget.
* A supportive, close-knit team who celebrate successes together.
* Beautiful, well-resourced indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
* Regular team socials and wellbeing initiatives.
We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
