About the Role: Working with children aged 3-5, you'll create an environment where natural curiosity leads to meaningful learning. Using child-led approaches alongside structured activities, you'll help young learners develop independence, resilience and a genuine love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow children's interests to create engaging, meaningful learning opportunities Set up provocations and learning environments that encourage investigation and discovery Document learning through photography and observations, creating beautiful learning stories Support children's emotional intelligence and self-regulation skills Collaborate with families as partners in their child's learning journey Use technology and natural materials to enhance learning experiences Job Requirements:
