To be considered for this position, you should have:

A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, NNEB) Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or other early years setting A solid understanding of the EYFS framework A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach with a true passion for early childhood education Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Requirements:
