The Role
• Support the day to day care and development of children aged 0 to 5 • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment • Assist in planning and delivering activities in line with EYFS • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance
What We Are Looking For
• Passion for working with children and early years development • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification or currently working towards • Experience as a Nursery Assistant, Practitioner, Room Leader, or similar • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Good understanding of safeguarding and child development • Open to candidates looking to start or progress within childcare
