What you will be doing: Working closely with your
Room Leader and a supportive management team
, you’ll: Provide high‑quality care and learning in line with EYFS
Build positive relationships with children and families
Contribute ideas to planning — your voice matters
Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment
Feel supported to meet safeguarding and Ofsted expectations.
You’ll never be left to “manage everything alone”.
What We’re Looking For Full & relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification
At least
1 year’s experience
in an Early Years setting
Good knowledge of the
EYFS framework
Clear communication in spoken and written English
A team player who enjoys working with children and colleagues
(Experience supporting inspections is helpful, but not essential.)
