About our Nursery Busy Bees Worthing, rated Good by Ofsted, is located in a converted house with a capacity of 74 children, featuring five base rooms and two gardens. Our nursery boasts a lovely staff room and facilities, supported by a diverse team of members, including longstanding staff, all passionate about working with children. With a wide range of skills, we create a dynamic and effective team environment. Conveniently situated on Poulters Lane by the traffic lights at Thomas the Beckett, we are just a couple of minutes' drive from both the A24 and A27. Additionally, several bus routes are available right outside the nursery, and we are only about a 20-minute walk from Worthing and West Worthing train stations, ensuring easy access for families and staff.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner: Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning. Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections. Required Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education. Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
