Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care, learning, and play experiences for children Take responsibility for room leadership (Room Leader role) including planning, staff supervision, and curriculum delivery Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and management Maintain high standards of safeguarding, EYFS practice, and professionalism Support the overall success and development of the nursery Requirements Level 3 Early Years qualification essential Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding Experience in a nursery or early years environment (Room Leader experience desirable) Passionate, xbpsjku reliable, and committed to excellence Confident communicator with a positive approach to teamwork Why Join ?
