Nursery Nurse\nLevel 3\nRequirements for this role:\nLevel 3 Childcare qualification\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting.\nPassionate about childcare and child development.\nStrong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.\nOrganised, proactive, and able to lead by example.\nExcellent communication skills.\nProvide your last 5 years work history for your references.\nHave an Enhanced DBS on the update service.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room.\nPlan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development.\nWork closely with the management team to maintain high standards.\nParticipate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.\nAct as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families.\nProvide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework\nEnsure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive at all times.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery.\nTake responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning.\nSafeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
