As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a 43-place setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children and managing a team of childcare professionals. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their children's progress and addressing any concerns.
