Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare
Drive quality improvement and strong EYFS practice
Ensure full compliance and a safe, well-managed environment
Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
Support team development and professional growth
Required Qualifications: ?? What Youll Bring
Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
