Winner Education are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee a thriving nursery in Leicester, ensuring children receive exceptional care and early years education.

You'll lead your team, maintain high standards, and create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support nursery staff to deliver excellent care Ensure full EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance Manage nursery budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community Support staff development and professional growth Drive continuous improvement across the nursery setting Maintain a safe, calm, and well-organised environment for all children Requirements: Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ) Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Proactive and commercially minded approach Passion for early years education and child development Why Winner Education?
