We’re looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our Outstanding-rated Busy Bees nursery in Winchester Sutton Scotney. If you’re an experienced early years leader with a Level 3 childcare qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and a passion for inspiring teams and children alike, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Busy Bees Winchester Sutton Scotney is a beautiful converted chapel nursery, proudly rated Outstanding by Ofsted, with places for up to 69 children.

Located just 10 minutes from Winchester and Andover, the nursery is easily accessible from the A34, A303, and surrounding villages. As a village nursery, we enjoy strong links with the local community and regularly explore the picturesque area with our children.

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
