About Little CrackersLittle Crackers is an outstanding nursery situated within Crackley Hall School (4-11) in Kenilworth and is part of the wider Princethorpe Foundation which educates over 1,400 children. The nursery benefits from a close working relationship with Crackley Hall and has dedicated indoor and outdoor areas: backing onto beautiful woodland our light and natural nursery rooms give children a blank canvas to experiment, create, explore and learn.We believe that it is never too early to start on an exciting journey into learning and have recently extended our provision to include babies from 9-months-oldfrom Autumn 2025, complimenting our established provisions for two-year olds, three-year olds and pre-school. The new Nursery Manager will play a key role in this exciting new development.Overview of the roleWe are looking for a creative, caring and passionate Nursery Manager to join our dynamic team. You will have a robust knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, coupled with great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude towards working with children and be aligned with our ethos.Most importantly, youll help create a welcoming and inspiring environment where every child can flourish. In return, youll become a cherished part of many childrens lives and their families, experiencing the special bond that makes this role so rewarding.The successful candidate with thrive in the autonomy they will have to run Little Crackers whilst benefiting from the support of the Head of Crackley Hall and the Foundations Marketing, Admissions and Finance teams. We are looking for someone with drive and determination to help develop and shape the future of the nursery.This is a year-round permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The salary will be £37,197 to £45,131, commensurate with experience.
