Day-to-day of the role: Provide nurturing and educational support to children across various age groups within the nursery. Step into various roles within the nursery as needed, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care. Engage children in activities that promote their learning, development, and well-being. Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment for all children. Collaborate with permanent staff to implement daily routines and activities. Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and children’s needs, providing high-quality care and supervision. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its application in a nursery environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
