Role Responsibilities:
Support the nursery manager in the smooth running of the nursery and uphold high standards

Lead by example, motivate the team, and contribute innovative ideas

Maintain excellent knowledge of EYFS, policies, procedures, and Ofsted trends

Ensure up-to-date training in areas such as Prevent Duty, FGM, GDPR, and Fundamental British Values

Engage in room ratio duties, observe practices, and build strong team relationships

Requirements:
Level 3 Childcare qualification

Level 2 Maths qualification

Proven track record in nursery management

Up-to-date Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid training

Strong written and verbal English, basic ICT skills

Genuine love of childcare and proactive, can-do attitude
