We are currently seeking a Nursery Assistant to support the day-to-day care and development of children within a nursery setting, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.   Supervise children during play, learning activities, mealtimes, and rest periods.
Ensure all safeguarding and child protection policies are always adhered to.
Support the preparation, organisation, and tidying of activities and learning spaces.
Assist with feeding, toileting, and promoting children’s personal hygiene.
Skills and Qualifications:

A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Knowledge of child development and early years education
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
A willingness to learn and engage in ongoing professional development.
Ongoing support from a dedicated team of consultants, available 24/7 to assist with a smooth onboarding process
