Are you passionate about working with young children and looking for flexible work in the Goole area? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Assistants to work across nurseries and primary schools on a supply basis from September 2025.

About the Role: As a Supply Nursery Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the care and development of children aged 0-5, as well as assisting in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) settings within schools. You'll be stepping into different environments, so adaptability and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities * Assisting with daily routines including meals, toileting, and outdoor play * Ensuring a safe, secure, and stimulating environment * Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times * Working collaboratively with permanent staff in each setting

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting * A caring, patient, and flexible approach * Ability to travel to various locations in and around Goole * Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification (preferred but not essential) * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
