From care planning and medication administration to mentoring care staff and working closely with families youll be a key part of a committed, close knit clinical team. What were looking for: NMC Registered Nurse,RGN, RMN or RNLD 1+ year post registration experience preferred Experience in elderly or dementia care ideal (but not essential) A positive, compassionate approach and strong clinical skills Ready to apply?
