Lead your shift with confidence, positivity, and compassion Provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each resident Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing Administer medications and maintain accurate records Develop and implement care plans Continuously learn and evolve to deliver outstanding care About You Personal Qualities: Warm, approachable, friendly, and positive Knowledge & Qualifications: Valid NMC registration; ongoing professional development; strong person-centred care understanding Skills & Experience:
