This is an opportunity to work on complex, safety-critical programmes, supporting clients across this highly regulated environment. You will lead and contribute to a wide range of nuclear security activities, from project delivery and risk assessment to supporting business growth and winning new work.About You You will be a nuclear security professional with a strong track record of delivering security solutions in a regulated environment.Essential:Experience gained in nuclear security or closely related security rolesStrong experience delivering security risk assessments and solutionsExperience managing or supporting security projectsRelevant security or risk management qualification Desirable experience in some of the following:Application of Security Assessment Principles (SyAPs)General Design Assessment (GDA)Vital Area IdentificationManaging risks relating to Unacceptable Radiological ConsequencesSecurity engineering and secure-by-design principlesThreat, vulnerability, and risk assessment methodologiesConducting site security surveysDeveloping security strategies, policies, and plansWorking within highly regulated industries (e.g. nuclear, defence, critical infrastructure) Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of nuclear protective security projects to agreed scope, cost, and qualityAct as Project Manager for security-related programmesDeliver a range of protective security consultancy services across the nuclear sectorRepresent the organisation in client meetingsContribute to bid and proposal writing for nuclear security projectsEnsure all work is delivered in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements Benefits:25 days holiday + the opportunity to buy more.
