NQ Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant) Location: BradfordFirm: Legal 500‑recognisedSalary: Competitive, DOE A Legal 500‑ranked law firm in Bradford is seeking a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join its well‑established defendant personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor to build a strong foundation in defendant PI work within a highly regarded team, gaining exposure to a varied and high‑quality caseload with a particular focus on Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) matters. The Role You will work as part of a supportive and experienced team, handling a diverse defendant PI caseload, including:
Employer’s Liability (EL) claims Public Liability (PL) claims Pre‑litigation and litigated matters Liability and quantum assessment Instructing counsel and experts Working closely with insurer clients
You will receive hands‑on training, close supervision, and clear development pathways. The Ideal Candidate
Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying imminently) Experience in defendant PI, EL/PL, or insurance litigation gained during training Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills Commercial awareness and a client‑focused mindset Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop within defendant PI
