Are you a Litigation Solicitor or CILEX with experience supervising / managing staff?Our client is a specialist Landlord & Tennant practice based in Sussex seeking an experienced litigator to manage a team of fee earners whilst dealing with their own caseload (previous L&T experience is not essential).The successful individual will be an NQ+ Solicitor dealing with a caseload of L&T matters acting primarily for landlords as well as advising property management companies on a range of issues including eviction cases, monetary claims and enforcement proceedings. Any additional experience with “Leasehold Enfranchisement” work would be an advantage (not essential).You will also be managing a team of Paralegals / Junior Fee Earners so experience handling staff absences / holidays, managing / attending meetings and dealing with external complaints is required.Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role this position is full-time and office based, a background in litigation is required as further training can be provided (L&T experience preferred – not essential).Candidates from NQ+ consideredBenefits include generous salary, annual leave entitlement, career progression and medical care
