A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor to join a privately funded specialist boutique Criminal defence firm in West Yorkshire.


This is an exceptional chance to become part of a forward‑thinking, modern practice where you will work closely with senior solicitors and partners on a high‑quality caseload involving complex, challenging, and often high‑profile matters.


You will assist the fee earners with a wide spectrum of criminal defence matters, including drafting documentation, preparing case files, liaising with clients and counsel, and contributing to the management of both routine and high‑profile cases.


The Ideal Candidate


  • NQ (Newly Qualified) Criminal Defence Solicitor
  • Strong interest in criminal litigation and defence strategy
  • Ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Looking for a long-term career in a progressive and supportive culture
  • Police Station Accreditation is desirable but not essential
