We are working with a reputable law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Conveyancing & Private Client team. The Role: The successful candidate will join a successful Private Client team, working on a range of conveyancing and probate matters. Within conveyancing you will work on house sales and purchases, mortgages, leases, boundary disputes, conducting title checks, and transfer of equity. Within the probate sphere, you will work on administering estates, inheritance tax planning, and drafting wills. You would work with a range of stakeholders including clients, lenders, HMRC, estate agents, executors, and beneficiaries. Key Qualifications:
