Are you a trainee Solicitor due to qualify in 2024 and looking to specialise in Commercial Property and general Commercial work ?

You will be joining this 8 Partner high street practice with 3 offices covering the East Sussex coast, who are looking for an NQ+ Solicitor or CILEX with experience in general commercial or commercial Property work.

Taking over an existing workload the successful lawyer will be dealing with property and business sales/purchases and transfers, commercial leases, and development work. Any additional experience with franchising or IP work would be an added advantage.

Clients include small to medium sized businesses including  various retail premises, industrial units, hotels, guest houses, care homes and agricultural and development land.

Joining a commercial team of 3 the successful individual will also be working closely with the firms Residential Property department.
