Commercial Property lawyer is required by established multi office practice in Kent.

You will be a Solicitor (1yr+ PQE), Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancer able to manage a caseload which includes freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending. Some experience with associated Residential property work would also be an advantage.

Individuals will be working alongside a Commercial Property team of 5 lawyers acting for a range of developers engaged in large-scale developments, owners of commercial property/businesses, clients buying or leasing a new office or other premises and commercial xrlawcv landlords.

You must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
