The Role We’re hiring an engineer to help move new products from design into full-scale production. This role connects R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers. You won’t design the products, but you’ll make sure they can be built easily, meet all requirements, and are cost-efficient. You’ll lead or support new product introduction (NPI) projects and help make early design decisions that reduce cost, improve quality, and speed up production. You’ll also work with suppliers and internal teams to set up the right processes and spot risks early.
