We’re looking for a passionate and commercially driven Nordics Growth Lead to join our team and take the reins on our strategy for Denmark and Sweden. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving player engagement, acquisition and revenue in two of our most exciting European markets. Working closely with our Senior Commercial Manager and wider marketing teams, you'll lead localised strategies that reflect regional trends, cultural nuances, and player behaviours.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep knowledge of the Nordic online gambling landscape, a strategic mindset, and a love of cross-functional collaboration. You’ll have the autonomy to shape and deliver campaigns that make a real impact, backed by the support of a collaborative, people-first culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Market-Specific Strategy
- Lead the development and delivery of commercial marketing strategies tailored for Denmark and Sweden.
- Translate local insights, player behaviours, and regulations into effective acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Own initiatives to grow player volume and revenue in Denmark and Sweden.
- Work closely with teams across CRM, brand, acquisition and promotions to align on commercial goals and performance.
- Partner with central and local teams to ensure consistency, share learnings, and optimise activities for the Nordic markets.
- Build strong relationships across tombola to ensure strategic alignment.
- Help manage promotional budgets for Denmark and Sweden, focusing on performance, ROI and market impact.
- Use insights and campaign performance to drive efficiency and smart decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and player data to drive strategy and measure success.
- Be our go-to expert for market share, acquisition cost, player value and campaign effectiveness in the Nordics.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the Danish and Swedish gambling landscapes—regulatory updates, player trends, competitor activity—and bring those insights into your planning.
- Work closely with our legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing activity in Denmark and Sweden meets all local regulatory and responsible gaming standards.
️ Experience & Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Danish and Swedish gambling markets—including regulation, culture, and player trends.
- Proven experience delivering market-specific growth or marketing strategies in a regulated environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally.
- Highly data-driven—confident using insights to measure, analyse and optimise campaigns.
- Commercial mindset and P&L awareness, with a focus on acquisition costs, ROI and lifetime value.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Danish or Swedish is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in Excel and MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, campaign tracking, and performance dashboards.
