As a Nobu Restaurant Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering the distinctive Nobu dining experience. With strong product knowledge, attention to detail and genuine hospitality, you will guide guests through the menu, anticipate their needs and ensure every moment of service reflects the standards of Nobu Restaurant. Working closely with the restaurant team, you will combine confidence, precision and warmth to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest. You will Deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Nobu food and beverage menus including allergens Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate Take orders accurately and coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar teams Manage the pacing and timing of service to ensure a seamless guest journey Prepare tables and maintain immaculate service stations throughout service Handle payments accurately and ensure tables are closed correctly Resolve guest queries or concerns confidently and professionally Support and mentor new team members Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain Nobu service standards Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction What Were Looking For You bring experience in a guest facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury restaurant or fine dining environment.
