Night-Time Children's Residential Care Worker Location: Hollydene Department: Children's Residential Care Job Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent YMCA Robin Hood Group is a not-for-profit charity that runs Residential Care Homes for children aged 5-18 years old. We run 5 homes across Nottingham, Newark, Selby and Goole. We are ready to welcome new children into our homes and are therefore looking for Night-Time Residential Care Workers to join our overnight time to provide the vital care and support they deserve. Our 4 bed Selby home is based in YO8 and has parking available - due to the specific location of the home, you would need to drive to the home as you cannot get there by public transport. If you have experience of working with children before either in a residential care setting or similar but are passionate about working with children, especially those who may have experienced adverse childhood experiences, wed love to hear from you. You also need to be a natural night-owl and be able to stay away throughout your shift. What youll do: Remain awake overnight ensuring our children are looked after at night-time, ready to support when needed. Work as part of a team to ensure the children are looked after 24/7.
