Your new role As Nightshift Supervisor, you will lead and manage production teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations throughout the night. You will oversee all aspects of the production process, including baking, decorating, wrapping, and dispatch, ensuring targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity (SQDP) are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating workflows, maintaining compliance with food safety and health regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in motivating your team and ensuring high standards are upheld across all areas. What you'll need to succeed You will have proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a food production or manufacturing environment. Strong people management skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate teams and resolve issues effectively. A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and health and safety standards is required. You should be confident in decision-making, problem-solving, and driving performance improvements. A Food Safety Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is highly desirable.
