Nights Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nights Site Manager to manage and coordinate night works on a complex, security-sensitive project. The role requires strong technical capability, excellent stakeholder coordination, and the ability to operate within highly regulated environments. Scope of Works (SOW)
Management and coordination of multiple surveys including:
Asbestos Structural M&E Dilapidations Ferroscan Measured surveys
Oversight of scaffold gantry installation, including lifting beam operations Management of works for the formation of an access hatch within a live roadway Night-time supervision of subcontractors and specialist consultants Ensuring strict compliance with H&S, permits, and site procedures
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Site Manager on night works in live or constrained environments Strong M&E experience (highly advantageous) Experience managing scaffold installations and complex temporary works Ability to coordinate multiple specialist trades simultaneously
