As the Brand Launch Administrator you will support the Brand Launch team, whilst working cross-functionally with Strategic Partnerships, Strategic Account Management and Aftersales teams. This will include supporting the setup of all branded accounts ahead of launch to ensure a smooth rollout on the platform.

You will also be responsible for taking ownership of new initiatives that support the wider Strategic Accounts team with onboarding new partnerships and rolling brands.Responsible for the Brand Launch Team inbox and responding to queries / sending follow up emails to get sites ready for launch
Ownership of the Branded Launch documents and ensuring all branded sites are set up ahead of their launch (device logins, imagery)
Bulk uploading of onboarding information for the wider Strategic Accounts team
Cross-functional collaboration to launch new brands successfully:
Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders within the Rollout, Creations, Warehouse, Onboarding and GDP teams
Manage Strategic Account queries via designated slack channels
Support Account Managers on rolling branded accounts to ensure their ongoing onboarding is completed in a timely manner

Supporting on virtual brand launches:
Working with BLC team to ensure virtual brands are launched at pace
